The Bulkley Valley Credit Union (BVCU) provided the Lakes District Fall Fair Society with a donation of $1000 towards the 2011 Fall Fair. The BVCU also donated $500 for the children’s festival and $500 towards livestock. Volunteers are now starting work on the improvements to the cattle show rings and livestock barns with the proceeds of BVCU’s special 70 anniversary grant of $17,500.
