Wayne Brown (L), owner of Process 4 circle arts Gallery, recently presented a cheque of $1000 on behalf of the Lakes District Arts Council (LDAC) to Caleb Oman, LDAC’s 2017 scholarship winner. Oman will be moving to Kamloops next month to study theatre.
