A fantastic Indigenous People’s Day organized by Burns Lake Native Development, took place in Burns Lake on June 21 at 10 a.m. Residents came out in full force to celebrate the day which also is the 25th anniversary of Indigenous People’s Day being celebrated in Burns Lake.
