The Burns Lake Peewees hosted a tournament on Nov. 24-25 in the Burns Lake Arena. Making its first appearance was the all-female Burns Lake Girls, which beat Hazelton 8-1 and Fort St. James 7-5 on Nov. 24. They lost to Houston 10-2 on Nov. 25. The Burns Lake Girls played the Burns Lake Peewees, in which the Girls won a 3rd place trophy and the Peewees a 4th place. Houston took down Smithers 8-4 to win 1st place. (Submitted photo)
