Approximately 40 people attended the grand opening of Carrier Sekani Family Services’ early years centre in Burns Lake on Feb. 8, 2017. Located in the Murial Mould Leaning Centre building on Ninth Avenue, the new centre will help families with young children - zero to five years old - access programs, get information of child development, parenting, health, nutrition, community programs and referrals.
