Sandy Doré of Bulkley Valley Credit Union presents $500 to Lakes District Secondary School hockey program, for use toward the purchase of uniform socks.
The group had previously raised enough funds to purchase the hockey jerseys they are wearing in the photo.
This program introduces the game of hockey to students and gives them the opportunity to participate in the sport on a more casual basis.
