Burns Lake Rotary Club each year brings in exchange students from all over the province for a week long trek into Tweedsmuir Park.

Rotarian and one of the organizer of trek Leone McHugh says, “The Tweedsmuir Trek, as part of the Rotary Youth Exchange program, builds bridges of friendship and understanding among differing cultures and, in doing so, contributes to the creation of a more peaceful world.”
