Betty Mathews hands the message in a bottle that Dawson Byman had released on Francois Lake more than a year ago.
Byman makes a point of setting a message in a bottle afloat in his travels. He includes his name, date and contact info, asking the bottle’s finder to send him an email. This is the first time that he’s had a bottle returned to him. The bottle was released in east Francois Lake and found towards the west end.
