The Burns Lake detachment of the RCMP has a new member - constable Nicolai Phillips.
Originally from Charlottetown, P.E.I., the new constable arrived in Burns Lake on Feb. 19, 2015. He recently completed his training at the RCMP Academy in Regina, S.K., and this is his first post with the RCMP.
Phillips moved to Burns Lake by himself and said he enjoys living in small towns.
