Local resident Helene Brunette snapped this photo of a Eurasian Collared Dove South of Burns Lake.
She said the dove is rarely seen in the local area.
She spotted the dove with two others a month ago and said the doves make a 'whoo whoo' sound that could be confused with an owl.
