Late in the afternoon on Aug. 29, 2013, Burns Lake Fire and Rescue personnel were able to use their high angle rescue training to lower a worker from the roof of the Margaret Patrick Memorial Hall on the Lake Babine Nation reserve in Burns Lake. The worker appeared to have rolled his ankle and was unable to descend the ladder.
