Community members stopped by the Bulkley Valley Credit Union’s Lakes District branch on Oct. 26, 2017 to say good-bye to branch manager Sandy Doré, who’s retiring after eight years. Doré has been a huge part of the Burns Lake community. (L-R) Nancy Meyer, from BVCU, Smithers branch presented Sandy with a going away present. Sandy has been themanager of BVCU for the last 8 years and the has been a big contributing factor to the community and will be missed.
