Recently local residents entered in the Tough Mudders event held at Whistler.
The event is hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle courses designed by British Special Forces. Over a million people including these seven, have participated worldwide.
The Tough Mudder website describes this obstacle course possibly the toughest in the world.
