Burns Lake Rotary Youth Citizen of the Year 2011 is Colin Bardarson, 18. Bardarson received a $250 cheque for himself and $250 cheque for charity of his choice from Rotary member Laura Blackwell. Bardarson chose the Burns Lake Mountain Biking Association, presenting the cheque to president Kevin Derksen last week.
