Captivating choir to perform Friday in Burns Lake

The Lakes District Peace Choir – comprised of children from William Konkin Elementary School (WKE), Francois Lake Elementary School and Decker Lake Elementary School – rehearse at WKE for their performance this Friday during the Mistletoe Mania Christmas parade and Christmas tree light up at Pioneer park. The parade starts at 6:15 p.m. and goes along Government Street. Then everyone is invited to Pioneer Park for entertainment and hot chocolate and treats. (Flavio Nienow photos)
