Brochures and season ticket order forms are now available for the Lakes District Arts Council's (LDAC) eleventh performing arts season, which starts on Oct. 6, 2016.
The brochures and season ticket order forms are available at Process 4 circle arts Gallery, Lakes District Printing and Stationery and the Lakes Artisan Centre.
Remember to have cash or a cheque available, when you go in to place your order.
For the convenience of LDAC’s patrons, brochures and order forms will be widely available within the next week at many other locations in the Lakes District, including on the Southside at Takysie Lake Resort and Store, and at The Southside Wellness Centre.
Season ticket holders get the ‘best buy’ - at the same low prices as last season.
Burns Lake residents will be able to enjoy live, professional entertainment for a little more than $9 per show (or for even less, for seniors and for young people whose parents take advantage of our generous family rates).
Watch and listen to the shows, sample the home baking at intermission, and meet the performers after the show if you like - all with your friends and neighbours.
"You would likely pay three times as much, to see these performers in larger centres such as Prince George," said John Barth, LDAC president.
"So we hope you’ll do yourself a favour… recharge with the spark of live, and support live entertainment in our community."
The coming LDAC season will feature blues, classical, western, popular and vocal music, and tap dance.
