Cheslatta Carrier Nation Chief Corrina Leween spent the day on January 9 with Provincial Minister of Forests, the Honourable Ravi Parmar and his staff. The group spent time flying over Cheslatta’s territory to show him their forest operations and the devastation wildfires have caused over the last several years. Chief Leween said it was a very informative meeting for the minister to show him what has happened in the north due to wildfires.
