Omineca Ski Club announced that they have a skiff of snow to kick start the new year. Randy, Omineca Ski Club’s member went out grooming and refreshed the skate lanes of the Boulder, Scampering Squirrel, Cedar, Spud, Dog trails, and Summit. He also groomed Aiden’s cut off, the Spud to Gilgan road, and the Larch to Hoehne Hill. He did put a pass on Hoehne Hill but there is not enough snow to safely ski. The Larch is an out and back for now. Get out for a ski the weather is going to get cold so now is the time to ski. (Omineca Ski Club photo/Lakes District News)
