William Konkin Elementary School hosted their winter carnival on Feb. 22. The carnival started with pancake breakfast which was sponsored by PAC, and Bonhomme Carnaval along with skating at the outdoor ice rink in Spirit Square and cross country skiing at Omineca Ski Club.
