Hunting arrow found at Burns Lake's Radley Beach

Burns Lake RCMP seized a hunting arrow embedded in the ground near the children's swings at Radley Beach.

On May 10, 2012 Burns Lake RCMP seized a hunting arrow which was located by a citizen of Burns Lake. They located the arrow embedded in the ground near the children's swings at Radley Beach.

The tip of the arrow was a tri-metal blade with razor sharp edges. The arrow is designed for hunting with a compound bow.

This is very concerning for the Burns Lake RCMP as the park is primarily used by children in the community.
