On Oct. 20, 2011, Burns Lake RCMP responded to multiple reports of mischief to property at several local businesses along Hwy. 16. in the downtown core.
The New Leaf Cafe, Yaroun Wood Company and the Lakeland Hotel sustained damage sometime overnight of Oct. 19 from unknown suspects who spray painted graffiti on the rear of the buildings.
Burns Lake RCMP members were unable to locate any suspects or witnesses after the incident and are requesting anyone with information contact the detachment on 250-692-7171 or anonymously at Crimestoppers by phoning 1800-222-8477.
