Southsiders gathered at the Grassy Plains Hall for the first annual trunk or treat Halloween event. Treat seekers could get their sweet fix out of residents’ vehicle trunks that were decorated with pumpkins and other Halloween-themed items. They also held a fireworks show. Gathering at the hall was more convenient than travelling long distances to homes for treat or treating. (Submitted photos)
