William Konkin Elementary School in Burns Lake shows kindness

On May 12, William Konkin Elementary School in Burns Lake celebrated Moose Hide Campaign Day. The students watched a live stream event and then they all went outside to find a rock in which they each drew or painted a message of non-violence, kindness and protection. After the rocks were completed the kids went outside to hide the rocks in hopes later anther student would find it with their message on it. (Laura Blackwell photos/Lakes District News)
