The Village of Granisle held its annual tax sale on September 27, 2021.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing affecting “Village of Burns Lake Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 970, 2017” and “Village of Burns Lake Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2008” will be held on April 25th, 2023 at 7:00 P.M . This public hearing will be held both in person and electronically as per Ministerial Order M192, via Zoom.

The Burns Lake Snowmobile Club has found out through irregular channels about this application by Great Bear Helisking Inc. Apparently it was posted to the public if you were looking for it but some user groups were either not notified or just left out. Even Rec Sites and Trails were not notified.

Pursuant to Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Village of Burns Lake gives notice of its intention to dispose of the property located at 419 Hwy 16, legally described as Roll # 506 02961.000, Plan PRP1295, Lot 4, District Lot 6308. This property is open for public acquisition.
