Alice passed away peacefully in her sleep July 4, 2011. She recently celebrated her 87th birthday in Burns Lake, BC. Her husband of sixty years, Melbourne, granddaughter Erin and brother Harry predeceased Alice. She is survived by her children, Doug, Steve (Renate) and Cindy (Shawn) and grandchildren Marc, Shauna, Britt, Kelsey (Christopher), Alex, Maggie, Daniel and Darien and great-grandchildren Camilo and Aaron and sister Esther Reich. A funeral service was held for Alice on Friday, July 8th at 10:30am at Francois Lake Mormon Church. Thank you to all who joined the family to honour Alice; for their love, support and help in preparation for the service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Burns Lake Hospice Society.
