Anna Boese Peters from Burns Lake, died Thursday, the first of April at the age of 88.
Born in 1921 near Rosthern, Saskatchewan, Anna and her family moved to Mexico when she was three years old. She married John Peters in August 1943 and in 1954, they moved to Burns Lake where Anna remained until her death.
Anna loved quilting, crocheting, gardening and doing puzzles.
She is survived by her children Henry (Justina), Frank (Marg), John (Louise), Corny, Chris (Richard), Marg (Wayne), Ann, Tina (Gerry), Abe, Dave, Sarah and Jake (Cassandra).
She was predeceased by her husband John (1981), two sons Jake (1963) and Peter (1975) and two grandchildren Darren (1970) and Tammy (1975).
