The family of David Crawford mourn his passing on May 22, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife Audrey of 58 years, their children; John (Cindy), Mary, Donald, Maureen (John), Daniel (Dawn) and Calvin. Also 7 grandchildren, one great great grandchild, his brother Neil (Doreen) and numerous other relatives and friends. David is predeceased by infant son Paul Albert. Dave was a long standing member of the Masonic Lodge in Burns Lake, and the Royal Canadian Legion. He will be remembered for his great love of his family, ambitious fishing trips, joy of completing a good crossword, and interest and knowledge of politics and world history and puttering in his spare time. As husband, father, grandpa, great grandpa and friend, he will be missed more than words can say. A service was held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 1088 Gillett Street in Prince George on Friday, May 27 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice.
