Great Grandchildren - Chelsea, Peter, Geronimo, Kayla, Jocelyn, Tyler, Jobena, Marcus, Helena, Jenera, Chad-lee, Catlin, Megan, Kyle, Logan and Dillion and many more nephews and nieces.
Evelyn Tom passed away quietly at the Burns Lake Hospital Monday, June 18, 2007 with all her family at her bedside.
Funeral Services were at the Grassy Plains Hall on Saturday, June 23. She will sadly be missed by all who know her. Evelyn was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Auntie, Sister and friend. She lived a long good life to the end Evelyn was 81 years old.
When Tomorrow Starts Without Me
When tomorrow starts without me and I'm not there to see your eyes all filled with tears again. Please see it differently.
I wish so much you wouldn't cry the way you did today while thinking of the many things you didn't get to say.
I know how much you loved me as much as I love you and each time you think of me I know I'll miss you too.
But when tomorrow starts without me, please try to understand that an angel came and called my name and took me by the hand and said my place was ready in heaven far above and I'd have to leave behind all those I dearly love and so I walked through heaven's gate. I left so much at home for God looked down and smiled from his great golden throne.
So when tomorrow starts with out me don’t think we’re far apart. Know that every time you think of me I am right there in your heart. Remember the joy a friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, a hug. Lift up your heart and share with me and know your always loved. This is what Mom would have said.
