Florence was born in Alderson Alberta on August 3 1921 to Magnus and Agnes Anderson. They moved to Danskin B.C. in 1921. Her family was joined by three sisters and a brother over the next nine years.
In 1942 she married Bill Bennett and their family was joined by Kerne in 1953 and Maryn in 1954. They lost Bill to cancer in 1959. Florence and her children moved to Burns Lake. In 1967 she married Earl Anderson and they moved to Fraser Lake until 1972 when they returned to Burns Lake. After Earl passed away in 1987 Florence filled the void by travelling , volunteering and being a general social butterfly.
Florence is survived by Children:Kerne Bennett (Sandy), Maryn Williams (Wayne) Grandchildren: Jeff, Angela, Erin, Heather, Megan, Ryan, Alex, Mark Step grandchildren: Rick, Ron, Renee , Rachelle GreatGrandchildren:Zachary, Rylan, Teja, Niles, Pearce, Jasmine, Hannah, Dyon. Siblings:Marion Blackwell (Allan), Clarence Anderson (Nancy) And many, many nieces and nephews Florence is predeceased by Parents Magnus(1956) and Agnes (1988)Anderson, Husbands William Bennett (1959) , Earl Anderson (1987) Sisters Bea Radley (1997), Helen Schreiber (2006) Grandson Michael Williams (2006) Stepdaughter Sharon Johnson (1971).
Florence passed away at The Pines on February 7 2010.
