Georgina Stearns

Georgina Stearns passed away April 10, 2018 at the age of 79 surrounded by her loving family.

She will be remembered by her husband Ken of 59 years, her 7 children Julie (Kelly), Donnie (Yvonne), David (Susan), Debbie (Bob), Allan (Kristin), Pattie (Andy), Susan (Darwin) 19 grand children and 16 great grandchildren. Mom's faith was very important to her. Her warmth, love and compassion were shown in every aspect of her life.

The family home was always open to anyone who wanted to visit and if they had no where to go. The coffee pot was always on. Mom enjoyed a very busy life with Her growing family!

We would like to say a special Thank you to Grant Lemke, and the many care givers at the Burns Lake Hospital and The Pines, who did so much for mom. We took great comfort knowing she was so well cared for. The kindness, thoughtfulness and love you gave to your family will remain in our hearts forever.

A Christian Burial Mass took place on Monday April 16th @ 11:00 am at Immaculate Catholic Parish and enterenment at the Burns Lake Cemetery.
