Harry Martin Billard, born January 13, 1941, will be greatly missed by his wife Janice, sons Scot (Rebecca) Billard, Todd (Bernice) Billard and grandchildren Angela, Tonya, Harry and Rhiannon.
Harry served in the Royal Canadian Navy for 17 years. Chief Petty Officer Harry Billard served as a radio operator in Newfoundland, Ottawa, Inuvik and Bermuda. Harry also served as a radio operator in the Canadian Coast Guard. Known to many friends and ham radio enthusiasts worldwide as call signs ve7fd and ve7jh. Harry loved his hamshack and would sit for hours just talking with friends.
