John passed away suddenly on February 1 at the Pines in Burns Lake. The funeral service was held February 8, it was a grave side service. He is survived by Dorothy Hucaluk and husband William, sons Larry Summers and Dennis Anderson. Daughter Bernice Metchalf and husband Kim, sister Betty Siemens of Winnipeg, sister-in-laws Tina Giesbrecht and Ester Giesbrecht, 2 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. John was predeceased by his wife Tina Giesbrecht.
