Lewis was born in the old Burns Lake Hospital January 5, 1945, where he lived a long happy and hard working life. Lewis passed on peacefully at the Burns Lake Hospital Sept. 16, 2015 with his family by his side. Lewis had many friends and always had a smile. Many knew he was a truck driver, drove logging truck for many many years.
Lewis was survived by his wife Lillian Spencer, their son Quinton, sons: (Dwayne) Emily Robinson, (Clarence) Liana Robinson. Daughters: (Linda) Matt Kniivala, (Tammy) Paul Sikkes and many grandchildren: Justin, Kevin, Marie, Carol, Chels, Tylor, Ryan, Rachel, Andrea, Kent, Jefferey, Cindy as well as 14 great grandchildren.
