November 22, 1947 - August 2, 2019
Marge (Margaret Fehr) was born November 22nd, 1947 at Cheslatta, B.C. and passed suddenly on August 2nd, 2019 at age 71.
Marge grew up in Southbank, and in 1967 married Helge Larsen. Together they lived at Grassy Plains and later Southbank again, where they raised their two daughters.
Marge moved to Burns Lake in 1984 where she was employed with Overwaitea Foods until her retirement. An accomplishment for Marge was taking lessons and learning to play the fiddle at age 54. Playing with the Tweedsmuir Fiddlers at various community events was always a highlight.
Some of her other interests were gardening, crafts, woodworking and photography. Whatever she put her mind to she did well.
Family and friends were an important part of her life and she was always willing to lend a helping hand or offer a bit of friendly advice.
She will be sadly missed by her daughters Roni and Lori, her grandchildren Kyle, Madison, Dylan, Spencer and Maxx, her long-time partner Art Cronin, and her siblings Bill (Helga), Nathan, David (Norma), John (Jen), Nettie (Herb) Neville, Tena (John) Wiebe, Anna Sawchuk, Mary (Wayne) Friesen, Betty Warren (Lenard Grose), Susie (Bruce) Disher, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents Dave & Tina Fehr, sister Eva Grose and brother Andy.
Thank you everyone for your outpouring of love and support. Thank you to Pastor Alain and all who contributed in making Marge's memorial service a beautiful tribute to her.
