Marie Anne Catherine Dumaine passed away peacefully in her sleep August 30, 2004, at the Burns Lake Hospital. She was born December 27, 1934 in Bonnyville, Alberta.
Marie is survived by her loving husband Romeo; Children: Loretta, Henrie, Claudette and Dale; Grandchildren: Bruce, Chantele, Robert, Colette and Michael; Brothers: Ernest Chouinard and David Chouinard; and five great-grandchildren.
Marie was predeceased by her parents Louie and Lena Chouinard, and nine brothers and sisters.
Father Louis Kwyena officiated at a Celebration of Life, held September 3, 2004, at the Immaculatta Catholic Church. Pallbearers were: Henrie Dumaine, Dale Dumaine, Bruce Dumaine, Robert Tremblay, Michael Deschamps and Todd Cutsforth.
