(April 16, 1929 – September 30, 2010) passed away in Red Deer at the age of 81. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Doreen, their 3 children; Edward(Cathy), Lawrence(Edna),Shelly and 6 grandchildren; Derek, Chad, Jeremy, Matthew, Jillian , Megan, and Sisters, Grace, Anne, Tina(Al) and Joanne. Willie was born in Ashern, Manitoba where his family farmed, he moved his family to BC where he worked as a cat operator and owned his own sawmill. Willie and Doreen moved to Alberta in 1991 where they retired. He was predeceased by his Father Walter, Mother Grace, brothers Lucas, Jack, Harvey and sister Jenny
