Olga was born to Margaretha and John D. Klassen on March 13, 1928 at their home in Gouldtown, Sask. Olga was the fifth child in the family of eight.

Olga moved to Burns Lake in 1955 and started work at the local hospital. After her father passed away in 1967, Olga dedicated the next 16 years to looking after her mother while continuing her nursing career. She retired from nursing in 1986 and then used her skill in Mexico for a 6 months. She also worked in California for two weeks with mennonite Disaster Service. Olga enjoyed working at Ootsa Lake Bible Camp as camp nurse for 6 consecutive years. All the children affectionately caller Aunt Olga.

April 25, 1997 Olga married her good friend Wally Colborne. They enjoyed seeing many sights together. Their happiness lasted only a short while - Wally became very sick and passed away June 1999. Olga's faith sustainer her during this very difficult time.

Olga had just nicely moved into Tweedsmuir House when she was admitted to the hospital. After some very difficult days, she was finally released from her body to meet her heavenly father on January 24, 2013.

A memorial service was held at IGF on January 30, 3013. Olga will be remembered by the Colborne family, brothers Albert Klassen and Elmer (Justine) Klassen, many nieces and nephews and their children and many friends.
