My husband, our dad, papa/grandpa, brother, uncle and friend, OUR RALPH Passed away. Ralph Lindaas died on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 surrounded in comfort by his wife and children. He was deeply loved and at last, found peace. Rather than an obituary, listing the endless accomplishments of this incredible and irreplaceable man, we have chosen to dedicate this old, Danish hymn in honour of Ralph:
"Thank you, doesn't even come close to what I feel when I think of you, but deep in my heart and in my soul are where all my "thank yous" live. I want to thank you for everything in all the years gone by. You were always there when I needed you - wise and honest and gentle.
Thank you doesn't even come close, so all I need to say is that MY WORLD IS A MORE BEAUTIFUL PLACE because I know you.
I can still feel the warmth and strength of your nature when you so lovingly looked at me, so thank you for all your love throughout the passing years.
