Gerow, Theressa (Tess) Theodora (nee Erickson)
born Sept. 28th 1931. Passed away on January 28th, 2007 after courageously facing cancer.
Tess was predeceased by her husband Lawrence and her son Ronald. She is survived by her children Rose, Lynn (Manuel), Marvin (Marg), Jo-Ann, Albert (Carole), Helen (Blain) Sharon (Jeff), 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren with another 4 on the way, her sister Matilda and her brother Vincent.
Tess will always be remembered for her generous heart and strong spirit. She had a deep commitment to her family and extended family, always there to share her strength, teachings, open arms to solve any worries, and her home, where the door was always open and the coffee pot always on!
Her commitment extended to her friends and community through her life in Fort St James and Burns Lake.
She will be missed by so many and whether ice fishing in the winter or camping in the summer, her spirit will be with us all forever.
The family extends thanks to all who shared their thoughts, care, and prayers.

A service to honour Tess will be held on January 31,
at 2:00 pm at Immaculata Roman Catholic Church,
with tea to follow.
