Bill’s family regrets to announce the passing of their dear brother Bill.

Bill passed away at the Prince George hospital in the ICU after battling a short illness.

Bill is preceded by his parents Wilson, Evelyn and his brother Tom. He is survived by his sister Barbra (Marcel), Shirley (Tap), brothers Ken (Deloris), Bob and many nieces and nephews.

Bill was born in New Westminster, spent his childhood in Trail, Burns Lake, Vernon, Lavington areas. He moved to Kitimat in 1956 with his family.

Bill did several jobs in the area and then started his career with the power company. He worked for BC Hydro for 25 plus years in Kitimat, Port Albernie, Chesmanius and Revelstoke.

While living on Vancouver Island Bill spent many a fun time with his sister Shirley and brother in-law Tap and family. (jellybeans and trucks).

Bill retired from BC Hydro and moved to Vernon to be closer to his family. He worked several jobs around Vernon, including the dump with his uncle Ron. He moved to Endako in 1997 where he became a potato farmer with his brother Ken, sister in-law Deloris, sister Barbra and brother in-law Marcel. Bill spend his retirement years growing potatoes, fishing and hunting with his brothers Ken and Bob, brother in-law and many friends.

Bill was loved by everybody he met including all cats and dogs and will be dearly missed by his family, dogs and many friends.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Bill in mid-September.
