All the best in the future Albert

Editor: A leader must have belief in what they are doing and en still this belief into everyone who follows.

Good bye to Chief Albert Gerow

A definition of a friend:

A person whom one knows and with whom one has a bond of mutual respect..

A definition of a boss:

A leader is someone who can be admired, who listens to people, who encourages people but can steer that encouragement in the correct direction.

A leader must have belief in what they are doing and enstill this belief into everyone who follows.

All of the above qualities and more I found in Chief Albert Gerow when I was employed with the Burns Lake Band.

Al, I wish you, all the best in your future endeavours and thank you for the time we shared at the Burns Lake Band Office.

Merry Christmas to you and yours,

Larry Patreau
