This has been bothering me for several weeks and I feel I must write about it. We were in Burns Lake a few weeks ago-mid February-and it was suggested by a friend that we go to the farmer's market. Such a terrible experience-we will never go back. I thought it was disgustingly filthy-everything there that we picked up to look at(canning stuff) was filthy,sticky and even the fresh eggs were dirty.
The baked goods were not something that I would feed my family. Also as we expected a large market we were disappointed to find that it was only one woman selling stuff. So our shopping trip to Burns Lake will not happen again.
