Government needs to approve proposed pipelines

Now is the time for the media prince, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, to approve proposed pipelines

Editor:

No sooner had Justin Trudeau found some intestinal fortitude and announced the approval of the LNG pipeline for B.C. when the bark eaters, leave lickers and the buffet puppets announced that they are against the pipeline.

These environmental jacks are mostly financed by American oil industry. The phobia against pipelines is becoming so entrenched to the point that the Canadian national interests are being totally neglected.

Native chiefs and mayors are all voicing their objections to any pipeline yet these are the very people and persons that are all screaming for more federal and provincial monies. Here is a reminder that any government has no money. Any government - federal, provincial or municipal - has no money. They all collect money from the residents and businesses of Canada and distributes the money as they see fit.

These objectors should be looking in the mirror and asking themselves, 'Is my organization spending monies wisely and is money disappearing in to a black void where nobody can find where it went?'

The proposed pipelines will be financed by the private sector and not by the Canadian government who proposes to go $30 billion in debt for some infrastructure, which will have to be paid back through taxes from the people.

Now is the time for the media prince, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, to find some more intestinal fortitude and approve the TransCanada pipeline, and the Enbridge pipeline because Canada needs to export these resources, create jobs and gain revenue for all the ones screaming for more revenue.

Remember, nobody has a veto to stop the pipelines once they are approved by the government.

Sincerely,

Gary Hemmerlig
