Just sending you a line to let you know that the Burns Lake Bruins team is also known down here in the Fraser Valley.
My grandson, Cormick, was called up by the other team as a couple of players could not make it to the tourney because of the sawmill fire that weekend.
My friend and I drove up for the Fraser Lake tourney on Jan. 28 and 29, 2012 and had a great time.
Again, the boys took top honours for Burns Lake and were real gentlemen on the towns behalf.
The teams parents were also top notch representing your town. That is one weekend I and my friend Lawerence will never forget.
Again our prayers are with the town and the people suffering.
