Aikido instructor Corinne George-MacDonald was joined by an instructor from the Lower Mainland at the Lakeside Multiplex on May 28.
Students from Southside and Burns Lake spent the afternoon practicing and were invited to have dinner together at the end of the day.
Aikido is a Japanese form of self-defense and martial art. George-MacDonald has been teaching in Burns Lake for over a year and recently starting offering lessons on Southside.
