During this past weekend, the Burns Lake Mountain Biking Association hosted its third annual babes in balance women’s mountain bike retreat up at the Boer Mountain trail network.
The focus of this camp was to provide a safe and positive weekend of mountain bike instruction for women of all skill levels by women with high skill and coaching levels.
A total of 34 riders and 12 instructors came from different corners of the region to participate in a full program of yoga, injury prevention and mountain bike instruction.
