Special Olympics Burns Lake snowshoe coach Tina Giesbrecht leads local athletes Danny Tress, Braedon MacLean and Vanessa Redwood, through their warm up prior to competing in the Special Olympics Snow Festival held in Kelowna on Feb. 8, 2014.
Each athlete achieved personal bests in each of the races they competed in.
This competition was a qualifier for Special Olympics Provincial Winter Games being held in Kamloops in February 2015.
