Nelson Lovas reeled in this spectacular 7 lb char recently. The fish was caught by Lovas while fishing from Sandy’s RV ad Camping Resort on Francois Lake.
Lakes District News would also like to mention that the large trout featured on page 2 of the Lakes District News edition of Sept. 7, 2011, was caught in Tweedsmuir Park, not Francois Lake as originally stated.
