The senior boys basketball team from Lakes District Secondary School (LDSS) will be travelling to provincials on March 8-13, 2016.
They will be playing at the Langley Events Center, which will be hosting the senior boys single A provincials to quad A provincials.
This is the first time in over 20 years that a LDSS boys basketball team will be going to provincials. According to coach Tracey Brown, this is a big achievement since LDSS has not run a senior boys team in the last few years. “We are ecstatic that we have the opportunity to go to such a high level tournament,” said Brown.
