The crew from Octane Addictions put on two shows at the Cold Smoke Drag Races last weekend despite being one man down.

Octane Addictions rider Whitney Hungerford suffered a broken ankle, a broken femur, two crushed heels and a dislocated elbow during a practice run at the Babine Lake Road race site on Saturday afternoon. Crowds watched as Whitney overshot the landing on his jump hitting the snowmobile before crashing to the ground. He was initially transported to the Lakes District Hospital to be stabilized and x-rayed then transported to the Prince George Regional Hospital later that afternoon. He has since had surgery on his leg and elbow and is still deciding if he will stay in Prince George for treatment or return to Bozeman, Montana.

Family members are planning to come to Prince George to be by his side as his bther Octane Addictions rider Kourtney Hungerford is flying to Sweden this week for another event. Rider's Kourtney Hungerford and Sam Rogers performed for crowds last Saturday afternoon and also Sunday afternoon
